NOTICE OF INTENTION TO LEAVE FORM 13
NOTICE TO REMEDY BREACH FORM 11
The Notice to remedy breach is used during a tenancy if you believe there has been a breach of the agreement. The notice explains the alleged breach and directs the person receiving it to fix the problem within a specific timeframe. If the landlord/agent does not agree there has been a breach, we will do our best to resolve it in-house. Should an agreement not be reached, the RTA’s free dispute resolution service may be able to help.
