This way you can rest assured you have a quality tenant leasing your asset.

PRIOR TO TENANT TAKING POSSESION

We want to make sure your property is handed back to you the same way you handed it over to the tenant when their lease comes to an end. By ensuring this, Davidson Property make sure that an Entry Report is completed with detailed photos of every component of your commercial space. This document is then signed by all parties. This protects you in the event the tenant fails to make good as prescribed under the lease.
