Davidson Property began in 2020 with a single focus — delivering a better standard of property management through accountability, communication, and performance.

Over the past six years, we have grown from zero managements to managing over 500 properties on the Gold Coast alone, with continued expansion across South East Queensland. This growth has been driven by strong results, long-term client relationships, and a hands-on approach to managing investment properties.

As our Gold Coast portfolio expanded, many of our landlords invested in other parts of Queensland. A consistent concern we heard was that, despite Queensland being a strong investment market, the level of property management service often fell short — particularly around communication, leasing performance, and proactive management.

To ensure our clients received the same standard of service across their entire portfolios, we made the decision to establish additional offices across Queensland.

While our footprint continues to grow, our service standards remain unchanged. Landlords can expect the same systems, accountability, communication, and results-focused management across every location we operate in.
